On behalf of the Becke family who call Venturing Hills home and the team who operate the Venturing Hills Equine Training center, I welcome you to one of the most beautiful farms of the Pontiac. We are 25 minutes from downtown Ottawa and offer excellence in every aspect of equine care and skill development.
Venturing Hills Farm backs onto the Eardley Escarpment of the Gatineau Park at Luskville, Quebec. It was originally the famed, “ Farm of the Mountain”. The farm provides access to 500 acres of land, trails, an indoor arena, a cross-country course, eventing facilities, hunter course, stadium jumps and accommodation for visiting athletes. Owner, Deborah Bradley, and partner Lorraine Laframboise, run an equine training center catering to all levels and ages of rider. The center and all of our staff are dedicated to the care and enjoyment of horses, the sport and the challenges of competition. Our boarding facility offers 24/7 on site care with a team of expert vets and farriers on regular call. People new to the sport are also welcomed by our certified instructors and well trained horses. Our schooled ponies are loved by younger children eager to learn about the art of riding in a safe and stimulating environment.
