In 2011, Venturing Hills Farm celebrates its 4th year of operation as a major Equestrian Recreational and Training Center Facility in the Ottawa Valley. It has been exactly 40 years since VHF's predecessor Farm of the Mountain, opened its doors and began a tradition and reputation of excellence in performance and education in equestrian sport. Venturing Hills is proud to continue this standard, along with contemporary ideas within a traditional set of values.

We are grateful to all our support professionals and would like to mention them here; our veterinarian team, headed by Dr. Lawrence Butler and his team at his Ottawa Valley Large Animal Clinic, our farriers Marc Gingras and Roy Cryderman, our feed and farm needs suppliers, M & R Feeds, Rooney's Feed, Rath Farm machinery, our hay supplier Charles Vaillant, and Tracey Dixon's Sandridge Saddlery.

We also want to mention the Outaouais Equestrian Association, the Pontiac Trail & Equestrian Association and its president Sheila McCrindle. We also want to acknowledge all of our terrific friends who support the music program at the VHF Festival Pontiac Enchante. We would also like to thank our neighbours the Belisle family, for keeping our roads passable in the winter and helping with our hay harvest on our cross country and hacking fields.

Finally we would like to thank Richard and Lynda Wegner from Fresh Image for our wonderful website and Nancy York Accounting and Consulting Services.
