About Demeter Catering
Demeter Catering is the evolution of my sustainable development company into a food service company. I have combined my love of food and cooking with my interest in sustainable living. My focus is on local food in season and fresh, wholesome ingredients. I also love tastes and seasonings from around the world.
I have created this menu for Festival Pontiac Enchanté to show off the lovely food that local farmers are growing and raising but also to indulge my interest in tastes from other places.
Food service will begin 90 minutes before concert time.
